アカウントの削除

「サンキューつけて」のアカウントは、アプリからいつでも削除（退会）できます。削除すると元に戻せません。

アプリから削除する

  1. アプリを開き、検索窓の右にあるアイコンを押して、設定を開きます。
  2. 設定にある「退会する」を押します。
  3. 確認が2回出ます。1回目は「次へ」、2回目は「退会する」を押すと、すぐに削除されます。

すぐに削除される情報

  • お名前
  • メールアドレス
  • ログインの情報（パスワード、Google・Apple・LINE・Facebook との連携）
  • 端末の登録（プッシュ通知の宛先）と、ログインしている状態
  • 保存したお店（お気に入り・行ってみたい）
  • お知らせの既読の記録
  • 退会の操作をした端末の中の、最近の検索と最近見たお店

削除されずに残る情報

次の情報は、退会したあとも残ります。

  • 送ったサンキューの記録（お店・来店日・人数・金額・コメントと、送ったときのお名前と所属の控え）。お店側の受付の記録として、退会のあとも期限を区切らずに残します。お店がまだ確かめていないサンキューは、退会のあとも、お店への確認のお願いのメール（お名前が入ります）を予定どおり送ります。
  • 送ったメール（送信に使うメールのアカウントの「送信済み」に残るもの）。送ってから3年を過ぎたものを、毎月1日にまとめて消します。消したメールは、その30日後に完全に消えます（送ってから完全に消えるまで、最長で3年と約2か月です）。
  • 会員番号と所属、登録・最後のログイン・退会の日時などの会員の記録（お名前とメールアドレスは含みません）。サンキューなどの記録がどの会員のものかを示すためと、退会した方を誤って登録し直さないために、期限を区切らずに残します。
  • お店の掲載・修正の依頼と、所属の名前の表記をそろえる提案。事務局が対応した記録として、期限を区切らずに残します。
  • メールを送った記録。お店に送ったサンキューのメール（件名にお名前が入ります）と、パスワードの再設定のメール（退会のときに、送り先のメールアドレスを伏せます）です。送り先・件名・日時は期限を区切らずに残し、本文は送ってから400日で消します。
  • 操作の記録（ログインや退会などの操作と日時。お名前とメールアドレスは含みません。IPアドレスは元に戻せない形にしています）。不正な利用などを調べるために、期限を区切らずに残します。
  • AI 検索を使った記録（回数と件数だけです。入力した文と位置は持っていません）。使ってから400日で消します。
  • プッシュ通知を送った記録（端末ごとに、送れたかどうか）。送ってから400日で消します。
  • ログインの記録。ログインしている状態はすぐに終わらせ、その記録は30日で消します。ログインの失敗や回数の制限の記録（メールアドレスごと）は、1〜2日で消します。
  • サーバーのバックアップ（暗号化しています。サーバーの中と、運営が契約している Google Workspace のドライブに置きます）には、退会の前の情報が残ります。サーバーの中の分は、退会から最大14日で消します。ドライブの分は、作ってから14日でごみ箱に移し、その30日後に完全に消えるため、退会から最大約45日残ります。データの一括取り込み（移行のときなど）の控えと、取り込む前のサーバーのデータの写しは、取り込みから30日で消します。

アプリから削除できないとき

アプリを削除した、ログインできない、などでアプリから削除できないときは、サンキューつけて事務局（support@thankyou-tsukete.jp）へメールでご連絡ください。

ご登録のメールアドレスからのご連絡で、ご本人であることを確かめてから削除します（メールアドレスを登録していない方は、事務局が個別に確かめます）。手数料はかかりません。

Deleting your account

You can delete your サンキューつけて account at any time in the app. Deletion cannot be undone.

  1. Open the app and tap the icon to the right of the search box to open the settings.
  2. Tap Delete account in the settings (退会する if the app is shown in Japanese).
  3. Confirm twice: tap Next, then Delete account (次へ, then 退会する in Japanese). Your account is deleted immediately.

Deleted immediately: your name, email address, sign-in information (password and links to Google, Apple, LINE and Facebook), registered devices for push notifications and active sessions, your saved stores (Favorites and Want to go), your read history of announcements, and the recent searches and recently viewed stores on the device you used to delete your account.

Kept after your account is deleted:

  • Records of the thank-you messages you sent (store, visit date, party size, amount, comment, and a copy of your name and affiliation at the time). They are kept with no set period after your account is deleted, as the store's records. If the store has not yet confirmed a thank-you message, the reminder email to the store (which includes your name) is still sent as scheduled after your account is deleted.
  • Sent emails (kept in the Sent folder of the email account used for sending). Emails more than 3 years old are deleted on the 1st of each month and are permanently erased 30 days later (at most about 3 years and 2 months after sending).
  • Your member number and affiliation, and dates such as sign-up, last sign-in and deletion (without your name or email address). Kept with no set period, to show which member records such as thank-you messages came from and to avoid registering a deleted member again by mistake.
  • Requests to list or correct a store, and suggestions to unify how an affiliation name is written. Kept with no set period as records of how the office handled them.
  • Records of emails sent: thank-you emails sent to stores (the subject includes your name) and password reset emails (your email address is masked as the recipient when you delete your account). The recipient, subject and date are kept with no set period; the body is deleted 400 days after sending.
  • Activity records (actions such as signing in or deleting your account, with dates; without your name or email address; IP addresses are stored in a form that cannot be reversed). Kept with no set period to investigate misuse.
  • AI search usage records (counts only; the text you entered and your location are not stored). Deleted 400 days after use.
  • Push notification records (whether sending to each device succeeded). Deleted 400 days after sending.
  • Sign-in records. Your sessions end immediately and their records are deleted after 30 days. Records of failed sign-ins and rate limits (per email address) are deleted within 1 to 2 days.
  • Encrypted server backups (kept on the server and in a Google Workspace drive under the operator's contract) keep information from before deletion. Copies on the server are deleted within 14 days of your account deletion. Copies in the drive are moved to the trash 14 days after they are made and permanently deleted 30 days later, so they remain for up to about 45 days after your account deletion. Copies of data imported in bulk (for example during the migration) and the copy of the server data taken just before each import are deleted 30 days after import.

If you cannot delete your account in the app (for example, you have removed the app or cannot sign in), please email サンキューつけて Office at support@thankyou-tsukete.jp. We delete your account after confirming that the request comes from you, by a message sent from the email address registered to your account (if no email address is registered, the office confirms individually). There is no fee.
